According to my records, approximately 315 TEUR pure construction costs (excluding exterior facilities). It started in 2020 and involved a lot of own work. I don't think that would be possible today. But you can probably add 3-5 TEUR that I never officially recorded, which over the long period went towards small parts and bits and pieces over the course of those 2 years. When you go to the hardware store for the 10th time for some stuff, you eventually stop writing it down.

Yes, without a basement. I laid tongue-and-groove boards in the attic and still have a basement compartment from my condominium. We probably don't need the basement compartment, as since moving in, we've only used it once to look for something that wasn’t there.
