good luck with your search. In principle, you have to expect long waiting times with good providers (at least for solid houses), if they even still accept customers. It also becomes difficult if you look for companies that would have to come via the A3, as they often tend to decline due to the expansion of the A3.

We are currently "only" looking for a basement builder and are already almost despairing :rolleyes:

Before we decided on our company (however, it is a timber frame construction), we visited the model house park in Poing, the prefab house companies in Regensburg and Bodenwöhr and were able to quickly filter out companies that were not suitable for us. If I remember correctly, there is also a solid house builder from Wörth an der Donau in Poing.

Yes, but there are no New England houses there......those are more common with the Scandinavian companies, etc., and they build regionally across borders...
