Rotate the house so that the terrace faces west along the long side.
I don't find that bad, but the paths are long to pave. You should keep that in mind financially. However, for me, the light in the house would be worth it. :)

It is not only a lot of paving, but it is also probably quite complex regarding the house connections. Length also really costs money.

Personally, the garage would be much too far back for me. We are talking about a 20-25m driveway here, and paving is not only expensive but also seals a lot of surface area.
