Some accept it in order to realize their dream. But that is something everyone must decide for themselves.

But we are not writing 2010 - many, many others have already had the idea.

Sorry, the OP writes a 4K balance per month and has saved 60K. So only 15 months? Or where did the money go? This is a league too high for both of them.

You should perhaps read all posts and not just the first one. It says the man has only had the job for a short time (3 years) and, among other things, student loans and the wedding were paid.

The family has over 7k net and 4k balance. To dispute the house construction with their salary, I find, well...

I once used Immoscout and searched for houses to buy in Hamburg and a 30km radius. There are quite a few in the price range 500,000 - 600,000 €. Also many new builds (terraced houses with 140 sqm). So not as impossible as you claim. Sure, the net installment will probably be 2,000 € with 100% financing. But they still have over 2,000 € left for special financing.

I am not denying them the house construction, but the volume.

Do you mean that the volume of 700TE is too high for house construction with only 60TE equity or for our income?
