Oh, too bad, they are indeed concrete ceilings/floors. There is really no possibility, right? Not even that you put a stairway from outside? I’m trying to get the best out of the property to be able to live in it myself. Unfortunately, 78 sqm is too little for me.

The basement actually meets the requirements for that, so that shouldn’t be the problem.

Yes, it is possible; in almost any opening width. There are specialized companies that focus on this and often also offer structural engineer services.

I would otherwise suggest, since the rooms apparently meet all the requirements, to add an extension, e.g. a conservatory on the ground floor, in order to extend in depth and create an access via the outer wall. I have seen something like this before with Munich terraced houses (not real, but in a magazine).

That is also an interesting idea! I should do some research on this topic. Maybe it will still work out with the "cheaper" solution.
