House construction from concrete vs Energy Saving Ordinance 2016

If I were to build again, it would be monolithic without [WDVS]. It simply has too many disadvantages. Just because it is trendy at the moment, I wouldn’t overestimate exposed concrete and would prioritize a sensible construction method over the appearance. In 5/10 years, not only will the facade be repainted and treated with mold remover, but the interior walls will also be "reinvented." Maybe you can come to terms with exposed concrete on an interior wall or the ceiling? Or with bare plaster? Regards, Yvonne

since I can't really make progress here anymore... I have now uploaded pictures of the project - to be found at I agree with you here, a perfect solution would of course be monolithic but maybe there are alternatives with panels on the outside that are better than EPS or similar.
