House construction costs - overview of actual costs

after we completed the construction of our house this year, I am still an interested reader here in the house building forum. I would like to provide you with an overview of the actual costs incurred in the construction of our house, as I searched in vain for this during our planning. Of course, this list only gives a rough overview, which future builders could use as a guideline. There are certainly also large regional differences. But perhaps the list will help one or another.

You were really optimistic about the painting and flooring work. Is that the difference between planned DIY work and realized outsourced work?

We built a 130 sqm single-family house in timber frame construction. Yes, you are right, we underestimated the painting and flooring work – and also hoped to do some of it ourselves in advance. In the end, lack of time, but of course also the flooring material, was decisive for part of the additional costs.

So with the obligatory 20TEUR it was basically a perfect hit.

In other words: You stuck very disciplinedly to the plan.

I probably could have squeezed out 10 more there to have a few terrace slabs left over, smile

The price for the house is great. Where is the house located? How are the construction loan interest rates determined?
