House connection box seal

who is responsible for the seal on the house connection box?
Is the basic supplier my contact person for the box?

Yes. For me, Bayernwerk or E-on is responsible.

The switchgear automation needs to be replaced for me, I have someone in my circle of acquaintances who has the appropriate tools and training. However, I don't know how it works with the box - can I notify the basic supplier that we need to work on it and will they reseal it afterwards?

That would defeat the purpose of a seal. Exactly for that reason, the thing is attached there. So that not just anyone fiddles around with it.

The purpose of the seal is to prevent tampering before the meter.

Switching devices have been installed by ourselves - this takes place behind the house connection box. You go from the house connection box to the meter. The meter is also sealed. And only after that comes the house installation - there you are allowed to install, replace, and whatnot devices (not as a layperson, but without a basic supplier). The seal on the house connection box does not have to be removed for this.
