If you have good references that are not directly from [Bauträger], then you can be relaxed. The word [Bauträger] alone can already be an indication of a later problem. I have already heard from many people that [Bauträger] care about arguing to the builder how expensive everything is while at the same time squeezing the craftsmen by claiming that it must be much cheaper. That in itself is still logical. Unfortunately, it is also logical that it usually comes down to profit maximization, and not to saving for the builder. Whoever believes that a [Bauträger] bears a construction also believes that a lemon squeezer folds lemons!

We have been in contact with many companies and carefully weighed everything. Of course, you don't have a worry-free package when a company is interposed. The advantage we still have is that we are building in the same town where we still live. Therefore, we can be present daily. The price-performance ratio is right with the company. And the companies have been working with him for 15 years. It was important to us that it is not a general contractor; we have a regional developer who only builds up to 15 houses per year.
I'm already looking forward to it because it starts in a month if everything goes well.
