It's really like that. And we also underestimated the hillside property (like so many hillside builders). We will now solve that pragmatically, but we will have the most important things done, and of course, that costs again. The buffer has melted away once more. Now we are almost through, so I hope that not much unexpected will come. Everything that is not yet finalized must just stick to the standard. :D

It is a plausible logic. Anyone who has been established in the region for 50 years cannot deliver shoddy work.
And yet, in the end, it is not real security. Companies can get into trouble, people can fall seriously ill or develop personal problems.

The bricklayer company that did the neighbor's house perfectly 10 years ago may now be on the brink of ruin due to payment defaults, the boss drinks, the wife is gone, and to save himself he skims on materials and botches wherever he can. Who knows? ;)

In the end, it is and remains like with the car that has an unclear diagnosis.
If you get a good mechanic who knows the problem from experience, you pay 100 EUR and drive away again.
If you get people who see the problem for the first time, they might end up replacing the entire engine and it still isn’t fixed.

Much is a matter of luck.
