we also have underfloor heating, but we still need an additional radiator in the bathroom

If it is a must, then it is definitely an option that I would also choose.

The question is, what do you want?

According to the calculation, you do not achieve your 24°.

Option 1:
You want a consistent 24° in the bathroom, then you connect the radiator to the heating system and use it as a surface extension.

Option 2:
Normally 22° is enough for you and you only need higher temperatures in special cases, then you take a towel radiator with a heating element and only switch it on when you really need it.

Option 3:
You definitely want warm towels, then you also need a towel radiator with a heating element, but you may have to accept higher costs.

By the way, in our guest WC, the towel radiator is often used in autumn and winter for wet clothes and shoes from the child. Even if the temperatures are not very high, the clothes dry relatively well.

I believe the heating cartridge is installed on one side at the bottom. Normally, warm water should rise on that side and the cold water sink down on the other side. This would cause the water to circulate automatically.
