Good morning. I have the opportunity to purchase the following property. Its location is great for me, with a south, south-west orientation, only neighbors on both sides, and an unobstructed view to the garden because there is a biotope there. The only thing that worries me is that a horse chestnut tree is marked in the development plan just outside the property boundary. This tree is not on the property, so the city should be responsible for it. The building line for the house has a bend from the middle due to the tree's radius of 9.5m, but it is not a problem to build the house further toward the garden. What I would like to know is what options I have to use this area. Am I allowed to build a garage/carport there? Or pave it for a visitor parking space? Or is only a flower bed allowed there due to root protection? Does anyone have a similar case or a comparable property? Thanks in advance for answers.
