Hexagonal plot, place a single-family house with carport/garage

Well, I'll start with the most obvious, right?: This is now a box of about 10x11m + 6x6 parking space. Down on the plan is south. With 10x11 you're looking at around 175m² - narrower is of course also possible. Open for discussion. ;)

I am also on board with the location. 9.50 house width also works in the East. I would rather go narrower and longer instead. But basically, it doesn’t matter, the location in the East is fine :)

P.S. The 4 meters with two corners would not have been worth mentioning ;)

Found. So it will probably be a maximum of 1.5 stories with a 1m knee wall, if I read that correctly.

Although the development plan states "1+", many builders have built with 2 full stories and a terrace. This is how the 1+ regulation is circumvented.

I have an appointment with the construction company today. I will report back on how things proceed with 2 full stories and a 2-meter slope. Many thanks to everyone!
