Hi. So the extra charge for the hip roof is +23,000 euros, I checked today. That's quite a lot of money... I'll stick with the gable roof then. I think a 28-degree roof pitch is very modern, more modern than a 38-degree pitch.

Oh, in the knee wall you can install modern floor parts, small long windows like that, and also highlight the knee wall in color...
