Heating system for old building renovation, with gas heating, solar thermal energy

Hello,

I am currently looking for a new heating system for a renovated farmhouse (built ~1900, living area ~160m², 3-person household).

It should be a gas condensing boiler with solar support for domestic hot water and heating.

Which manufacturers do you have experience with and can recommend?
Which collectors are better, flat or tube collectors?
Which storage tanks are recommendable? Personally, I find the storage tanks from Buderus (Logalux PLS or DUO FWS) or Viessmann (Vitocell 340-M/360-M) very interesting. Does anyone have experience with these systems?
