Who would want to remove a dog's nose print anyway. This one resembles a love letter from the Middle East.

Funny, ours doesn’t do anything like that. He just stomps his paws on the floor when he wants to go out.

Then show the house plan and the view. Where do the 300 sqm come from (250 sqm plus amateur planning surcharge?), do they result from the family size or from mere desire for spaciousness as an end in itself? For a house of this size, I would disregard the acquaintances’ advice and the self-study, and first look for an architect for module A, who would (together) make a preliminary draft with me.

Hello ,
You already have another thread running in parallel about the balcony. Would you not want to respond to the contributions of the people there? Just like there, here you are even willingly provided with private pictures and details from participants, but people are still waiting for your response and likewise informative details about your planning.
Many individual threads about one project, and these without real participation from the OP, are tedious and also weak in result. Please be so kind and contribute your part as well.

I would keep an eye on the room acoustics. And make sure to have sufficient UV filters.

I probably don't have the super-duper passive house windows... but my wall has a U-value of 0.234 and the windows reach 1.02. Factor 4.
That means my 186m² 36.5cm PP2 exterior walls lose as much heat as the 40m² window area in them.

In that respect, yes. Windows are much, much worse than walls when it comes to thermal insulation.

What you should also consider with your window front... can anyone then look into your place? Does the sun blast full force into your living room?
In the end, you spend 90% of the year behind closed shutters or curtains because it’s uncomfortably cool or warm at the window front or you’re sitting on a display platter and all the neighbors and passersby can look into your living room...
