Hello,
For our new building, the heat pump is not available.
The developer has declared force majeure and thus postponed the completion indefinitely.
The move-in would therefore fail because, as originally planned, heating and hot water cannot be provided with the heat pump.
The following consideration:
I can heat with the wood stove (small bungalow, energy-efficient house, 1 floor, no children, 20 years of wood heating experience) or electrically for short periods and individual rooms. I only need hot water for showering. I can heat this with the kettle and fill it into a camping shower. Overall, this should still be cheaper than paying rent.
So I can manage heating and hygiene. Is there any formality against moving in?
Thanks for your answers!
