Heat pump not available, house construction stalled

It would be interesting for other readers if you briefly outline this solution ;)

Just read the post. Everything is in there.

However, we have installed a fireplace, with which we can alternatively heat. We have set a move-in date in November. With some compromises, that should be possible. We have found a solution for heating and hot water.

That's what it says ... so how is the hot water solved ... maybe I just have a mental block?

In 2020, a control board for the heat pump was also not available from us. We still carried out the handover and moved in. The general contractor temporarily installed a tankless water heater in the hot water line. It worked perfectly.
