Heat pump no longer available - legal question

It is not supposed to be legal advice either. But what if I buy a BMW and suddenly the engine no longer exists. Do I then have to take an Audi or pay the extra cost for the more expensive engine? There must be a legal basis for contracts, right? It is not about me wanting to be stubborn but why should I be willing to compromise now when the company itself is not?

This is probably the typical case of impossibility according to the Building Code.

Leave out the cooling (is pointless anyway) and negotiate a deal with the electrical system because of it. End.

I see it differently. The cooling is brilliant and worth its weight in gold (of course it's not air conditioning, but the important 2 to 3 degrees go down, almost free during operation, and environmentally flawless :)).

I would rather go for a different manufacturer.

According to the homepage of Viessmann, the Vitocal 333 g is still available. I would call there myself.
