Google "injunction" and "TA noise". If this violates the regulation, you have a civil law claim for an injunction. If it rattles in the other direction at your place, that's not a problem. Such a thing has no place in a neighborhood.

Sure, that’s the last thing I want. But being constantly blasted in the bedroom, living room, and terrace for the next x years isn’t a great prospect either, right?
