How else do you explain that in Trudering a semi-detached house built in 1985, 152 living space, 529 plot despite leasehold is supposed to be sold for €949,000?

That is no benchmark for me, since it's Munich.

This is just crazy...

We now want to buy a mid-terrace house of more recent construction in the Hamburg metropolitan area for over 400 k EUR.
I also find that crazy and would not have believed it a year ago. But at some point, you have to call it a day.
