Has the professional association blocked the scaffold during self-performance?

as already described in the title, I was prohibited by BG Bau by letter from continuing work on the scaffold. Now I only find information on the internet that I have to protect my helpers from dangers. Since I do all the bricklaying myself and use the scaffold without helpers, I wonder if they can prohibit something like that on my property. I understand the prohibition for helpers because they are insured through BG Bau. Does anyone have facts or any sources that one can refer to?

The reason is missing internal ladders, it doesn’t go all around the construction, and so on and so forth. Of course, all the defects being criticized are justified. I wouldn’t let helpers on the scaffold either, it’s only for me to do the masonry, but well. I thought if you do everything without helpers, the BG has nothing to say. But I will follow up on this with the lawyer.

I assumed that too, but I wasn't quite sure because the good supervisor has a bit of a bad reputation ;) That's why I should be 100% sure before I do something like that. No desire for high fines.
