Hello everyone,
could it be that Kfw has "tightened" its conditions for individual measures?
I noticed the following passage regarding the replacement of windows (Technical minimum requirements):
A condition for funding of windows and window doors is that the U-value of the exterior wall and/or the roof is lower than the UW-value of the newly installed windows and window doors.
That means to me that I can forget about funding if I want to have triple-glazed windows with a U-value of 0.5 W/m²K installed and do not want to insulate the exterior wall (36 cm brick wall - built in 1986) at the same time? According to the energy consultant, the exterior wall has a value beyond >1.0 (I don’t have the value in mind right now).
What exactly are [Sonnenschutzeinrichtungen] according to [DIN 4108-2]? We would actually like to have external blinds ([Aufsatz-Rollos]) installed.
Best regards,
Alex
