Hanging lamps - electrician cost estimate

So, hanging a pendant lamp over the kitchen table is easy. But mounting LED panels straight and correctly polarized, otherwise they are ruined, wiring and mounting outdoor spotlights with a dusk relay, and similar things are not so easy. I also think it is legitimate to pick up your Ikea stuff yourself or to choose delivery and assembly. Whoever wants to pay for it should do so. The same applies to the kitchen lamp. K.
