Was it also recorded with you by when at the latest the developer has to develop?

I would have to check. At least there was a plan, but it was not followed because the winter was too long. (Snow until April on the construction site).

Ok, no one can do anything about a long winter & the delay is understandable for everyone involved.

The notary showed us a few options during yesterday's consultation on how to approach the above-described topic regarding the undeveloped property purchase....

He was very honest & ultimately said that he personally would keep his hands off the matter - he also looked at the building plot & said that the entire development including the new road & the length of the development is financially no child's play for the private investor and he expressed doubts about a timely development due to the enormous costs.

Therefore - he says very clearly - develop completely first & then there will be money!

I think I can classify the statement quite well, as from a business perspective he wouldn’t have had to say it that way.

He also didn’t want any money for the consultation. He just said, I hope we see each other again sometime... ;)
