Hello everyone!
We are currently having a terraced end house built in passive construction by the developer and are, of course, documenting this with a variety of photos. I am also keeping a small construction diary on the internet (I don’t know if I am allowed to link to it here) and have now received a notice regarding the photos that the grounding may not have been carried out correctly.
I would like to put this up for discussion here and am uploading three photos.

The first picture shows the area after pouring the clean concrete layer. At this point, only the black empty conduit can be seen at the questionable spot. In the second picture (shortly after laying the perimeter insulation layer and while placing the reinforcement steel for the concrete layer), it can be seen that there is now a grounding strip there, which is also visible again in the third picture after pouring the concrete.
My question now to the experts: does anything here indicate improper procedure? Should the grounding strip have already been visible before pouring the clean concrete layer?
I cautiously inquired with the developer and received the following brief information after consulting with the structural engineer: “The foundation earthing conductor was installed here routed through the base insulation.”
What do you think? Can it be “measured” with a device to verify whether this is correct?
