I've heard that too. Since we both had them in large numbers this year, I couldn't exactly determine who won the battle between good (vineyard) and evil (night snail). Well – I think the battle isn't over yet and will definitely go into the second round next year.

My father developed a more aggressive method. It consists of a large lockable cup and an "ice pick." I, on the other hand, gave the slugs flying lessons this year. Either onto the street to give the slugs a real chance in the game "Car vs. Slug" (whoever can dodge quickly wins :cool, or into the garden of the unloved ..... (dum, didum, didum).
