Hello, we have about 180 m^3 of excavated soil too much. The costs for disposal are quite high. Are there any recommendations for platforms or similar, where the soil can be given away? For example, Ebay Classifieds or similar, can you find buyers there quite easily? Thank you very much.

What does the soil investigation say? Is it Z0? Nobody wants anything else or it may only be installed under certain conditions. When giving it away, you still pay for transport. Otherwise, it doesn't "add up" for the recipient and new flooring is cheaper. You only save the disposal costs. At least that's how it works down here in the south. Put it up on Ebay Classifieds.

You mean the LAGA examination or how do I recognize the quality class? Thank you

Hello Hausbaer

Topsoil or excavation?
You can give away topsoil, it will also be picked up.
Give away excavation? Many have had that idea already. But nobody wants it.
10m³ costs about 340 euros. So for you about 6,000 euros.
But maybe you find a fool. Every day one gets up.

Z0 can be used already. Landfill costs have risen enormously here. So one saves on disposal and the other on the soil plus transport. Yes, I mean the LAGA examination. It declares which quality class the soil has. Z0, Z1, Z2…

Post on classifieds for pickup only and that's it. Either it gets picked up, or it doesn't. You can also dispose of it later if no one wants it.
