General procedure for construction project in the Potsdam area

Here is some advertising for the Polish project magazines.

You can also get the brochures digitally online there. We had considered doing it that way too, but whether the documents comply with German building regulations discouraged us. You would have to find someone to approve it. But for brainstorming and inspiration, great sites.
I am always amazed at the magnificent buildings being erected in PL. At least 2 bay windows, possibly towers as well, wooden facets on the plaster. All "unpayable" things in Germany.
Whereas it is always said that wages in Poland are about 1/4.
My partner is Polish and rolls her eyes every time we talk about our housing costs.
Spacious plots (min 1500 m2), little developed, and apparently way less bureaucracy in the neighboring country.

So new development areas in Poland are a real treat for the eyes and highly recommended for anyone in the discovery phase.

I can only confirm that. While in DE much is built the same way (town villa, anthracite roof and windows, etc.) a lot is done very individually in Poland. We are currently in Poland and always like to look at the new housing developments here.
