Good day.

I am in the process of "studying" the construction service description of a general contractor. He writes that he guarantees an air change rate of less than or equal to 1.5/h. The legislator only requires a vn less than 3/h. Is that good now, what advantages does it bring?

There will probably be a few more questions. I am still at the beginning.

Are you sure that it says "kleiner"? One air change per hour means that as much air is exchanged per hour as fits in the room. A legal requirement should probably be more of a minimum value.

Probably means n50? Which indicates how airtight the house is.

It's written in the picture, it's about the Blower door test. And here, the smaller the better.

Oh, I see. I was thinking of a controlled residential ventilation system. Yes, of course, with airtightness it is naturally better the other way around. That means in your example that only half as much air flows in through gaps as the legislator requires to pass the blower door test.
