Gas and electricity consumption in new construction

Interesting to hear about that. I thought it was normal. I have now addressed it to the manufacturer and they are looking into the matter. Apparently, about 500 kWh is normal.

The value is a bit unrealistic. Depending on the ventilation unit, the power consumption is on average about 60-90 watts.

Brief update: The kWh read were apparently not the consumption but the calculated savings in heating power. I have additionally measured the electricity directly at the system and come to about 91 watts consumption, which, considering the piping network, the ventilated area, and the 4-person household, is probably normal.

According to information, the manufacturer's specifications rarely take into account the individual piping network including all pressure losses.
