The HPL panels were by far the most expensive item at around 780,-.

Please tell me: are the HPL panels Resoplan panels? Where did you get them from?

Strictly speaking, these are not Resopal panels, just as tissues are not necessarily Tempos. I searched for a long time and ultimately ordered from a wholesaler who also sells to private customers. HPL (High Pressure Laminate) is paper impregnated with melamine resin, and it is available from many different manufacturers. I searched briefly but unfortunately can no longer recall where I ordered it from.

We built our own construction on the following setup:

- 25cm gravel (a little less probably would have done the job as well)
- 3cm grit
- 8cm paving stones (the second cheapest) framed in garden concrete
The house itself or its substructure made of KVH does not stand directly on the paving stones but on roofing felt

The thing has already survived some heavy storms, screwing it down is unnecessary.

The most annoying part was compacting the gravel, otherwise I can recommend the setup. Good and cheap
