Garden irrigation with cistern water

We are currently building new (the excavation pit has just been dug), already have two concrete monolith cisterns of 7000 l each on the property and would like to use them later to water the garden (washing machine and toilet are not to be operated with the cistern water). A few questions about that.

(1) What options are conceivable?
- House waterworks or house water automatic pump with suction pump in the utility room
- Automatic submersible pressure pump hanging in the cistern, power connection from utility room to cistern
- Garden pump from the hardware store

(2) What are the advantages and disadvantages of the individual options?

(3) What are the costs of the individual options?

(4) What is the additional cost of an automatic garden irrigation system for a 150 sqm garden, besides a pump?

150 sqm garden? The content of the cisterns is supposed to irrigate 150 sqm???

Sorry, the garden is 200 sqm large.

I have a submersible pump with a faucet on the wall that works flawlessly.

We could not choose the size of the cisterns, they were given...

What did the submersible pump cost? Which brand/model is it?
