Garage size 6x6m or 6x7m? What is sensible?

It says in part that only one car fits in a 6x8m garage and the rest is completely cluttered? I wouldn't spend 30k on a garage for that? Then I might as well build a shelter for 1k?

I advised more meters in width instead of length because of the rolling lane for the bins. I often think of taking out the bins when the car doesn't have to be moved anymore that day or hasn't been moved at all. Driving the car out just to avoid hitting the bins or having to maneuver past them very precisely seems avoidable to me. Therefore, I think one extra meter would be the most worthwhile investment.
