- When space is limited, the construction method should be taken into account (narrow walls; timber studs, precast concrete, sand-lime brick, ...)
- Anyone who wants to drive a "Bully" should also keep an eye on the height of the garage (probably applies to 'large' SUVs as well).

The attachment shows a solid garage pushed into the slope under the house. As it seems to me, this is a partial basement (consisting only of the double garage and the staircase) beneath a full basement. Therefore, my suggestion is to give this partial basement a little more depth (i.e., to push it about half a meter further into the slope); otherwise, it seems sufficiently appropriate to me as is.
