Garage placement on my property

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am very uncertain about where to place the garage on my property. Can you help me? I want to make the best use of the property so that I have a large garden in the southwest. It is 560 sqm and has the parcel number 2489/2. On parcel 2489/1 there is a private road to which I am allowed to build the house with a 3m building line. The house is to be 8.5 x 11 meters. Furthermore, attached is a plan of my property! The floor area ratio is 0.25. 30 sqm garage + 2 sqm bicycle storage.

I forgot that in the north the building setback line is 4 m!

No matter how it will end, always leave 6m of space in front of the garage, the parking space never hurts.

due to the space constraint, it is very difficult.... I would try to place the garage on the northern side. That way you get a lot of sun.

To my knowledge, you can place a garage directly on a property boundary and do not have to observe the building line here (this only applies to the house). Please correct me if I am wrong about this...

I can only agree with toxicmolotow. We will take it into account for the upcoming house construction.

is it the same in Austria? Because the municipality says I am not allowed to do that! Attached is a plan of how I intend to do it but the municipality protests against it!
