Garage on a hammerhead lot: Is turning possible?

We have bought a plot of land on which another house is located at the back and which is accessed via a shared small driveway. Due to the development plan and the distances, the garage must be located at the back and not at the front facing the street (also, the front is the sunny side, so it wouldn't make sense). The neighbor's house has a gate for the car, so we cannot "drive in" to turn around at their place (marked as "Nachbar" in the sketch). The driveway itself is 3.20 m wide, and the arrow in the sketch points in the direction of the street. We would also like to install a gate (either a telescopic sliding gate or a folding gate) about 4.5 m wide and a door for pedestrian access (marked in red accordingly in the sketch). Do you think this makes sense? What concerns us most is whether it will still be possible to drive out forwards with the car afterwards? Do you have any other comments, especially regarding the placement of waste bins/bicycles?

Please show us more of the entire situation. I don't see where the rear driver has access.

With 8 m width, you can certainly turn around. That should not be a problem. Whether you want the maneuvering?

I would never let such a gate obstruct my garage entrance and exit.

I wouldn't put a gate in the way (and if the cars are parked as shown, not the bicycles either).

I believe from the sketch that with a 3.2 m wide driveway and a 4.5 m wide gate you won’t be able to get to your parking space at all. Try setting it up on a Sunday in a supermarket parking lot with cartons. Maneuvering might be possible if you remove the trash bins. If you want the parking space like that then leave out the gate.

Can't you turn around on the shared driveway then? So back out of your driveway onto the shared access path and then drive forward? (KA if that's tight or not, trying to understand the goal first) Or did you want to do that in the area between your gate and garage? That would look rather impractical in my opinion

I marked it in blue as I imagine it (basically like described). Is that possible? Up to the top left where it says "Nachbar" I could reverse, although that probably isn’t necessary to go that far?
