Hi.
We have had a garage built with concrete walls. One side is about 1 to 2 meters (left side from front to back) in the ground. Since the garage directly adjoins the neighbor's property, our shell construction worker said he could not install insulation and dimpled membranes. The architect also says he sees no problem with that. However, an acquaintance vehemently advises us to have this implementation stopped...
What do you think?? Thanks
