you are talking about slope in %. VanTide talks about degrees.
But VanTide's degrees are not correct. Depending on whether the 5 m represent the sloped driveway or the length on the plan, sine or tangent would have to be applied, and you would get just above or below 8 degrees.
However, in your calculation, you also have a thinking error. Between the wheels, the 30 cm (or 35 cm) is halved again because you have the greatest height difference exactly 1.25 m after the front wheel and 1.25 m before the rear wheel. But the problem can be not only at the top but also at the bottom of the driveway. With a long vehicle front and a low front apron, you can also scrape there.
When braking down, the vehicle also tilts forward a bit.
However, you should not only consider the "empty state" of the car but also keep in mind that sometimes you come back fully loaded from vacation.
