Admittedly, I of course have no experience with other manufacturers. However, Hörmann gates simply work tens of thousands of times, there are numerous remote controls for every taste, in-house accessories such as the gateway, with which you can control the gate or front door remotely, in terms of EMC and radio specifications the transmitters are flawless and do not interfere with other devices (which cannot be said for some other products), etc. So if there is a Hörmann at an approximately comparable price, why choose a Renault when you can have a Mercedes?

Seriously, especially for a wide gate for a double garage, I would definitely not choose the cheapest provider, but one with experience and a good reputation.
I have heard several times that wider gates tend to warp more easily and then they don't operate as well, etc.
In addition, Hörmann offers, besides (I think) 3 different ribs (insulations), more than just 2 colors. Here you can find all sorts of appearances, including wood, with windows, doors, etc., even if maybe few want or need that.
