Garage: design possibility of the roof, appearance

Hello everyone,

I am a bit puzzled and unsure about how to design the garage.

I am interested in whether my idea is even feasible.
a) legally
b) purely visually
Info: to the west and north there are neighboring properties.

What do you think?

Usually, something like this is stated in the development plan, for example which roof shape the garage may have and also the boundary distances to the front and to the side. The garage must then also be approved.

Is the house already built? Is it a new building? Should the garage be built by the same company as the house?

This is the excerpt from the statutes, now you still have to look directly in the development plan for your plot number to see which specific roof shape is indicated for your property. If all 3 are specified, it is okay. If only WD is specified, then the garage may have a hip roof with a different pitch or a flat roof. I think it looks nice when the garage and the house have the same roof shape and pitch - but that is a matter of personal taste. In your specific case, I would have the house builder create a 3-D view.

yes, it is identical.

I was basically concerned because to the left and "above" there are still plots adjoining = boundary development, which is legitimate.. for example, regarding the height of the garage or what else I need to consider.. and whether there is any visual material on the topic – as I said, we are not that far along with planning and are just starting to think about it.

Or is there a 3D program where one can visualize the size proportions?
