If the floor stones were laid directly against the wall without the subsoil being appropriate or a drain being present (possibly, is the floor sloping towards the wall?), then the images could show the consequence.
Possible solution: partially remove the floor covering.
Install drainage.
Properly and professionally create a gravel subsoil and, if necessary, a drainage channel.
Pay attention to the slope of the subsoil away from the wall.
Relay the floor covering.
