Hello dear forum members,
as a previously silent reader, I have already been able to gain some valuable insights from your posts, thank you for that! I would therefore appreciate an assessment of our current planning status from this illustrious circle of experts. I am open to any criticism and would, of course, also welcome constructive suggestions :-)
I hope the information provided is enough to get an impression of our project.
Best regards and many thanks
Thomas

Hello!

You’re joking, right? You’re about to submit the building application and come up with such scribbles? I doubt an architect has seen this.

Where is the input planning? Sections and elevations? Where is the development plan? You have a 2.3m slope and come around with perfectly smooth elevations?

What is the cynicism supposed to mean?

Where does the "about to" come from?

Did he claim that?

What do you need it for in your assessment?

Once again, quite overshooting the mark. With zero factual contribution. When you have a hammer in your hand, everything looks like a nail.

Measurements would be helpful. The terrain profile as well. You can also rotate quite a bit on the floor plan. The mini office is pointless, the corridor to the possible terrace as well. I would also try to reduce the hallway area a bit. 30 m² is quite a big number.

You don't always have to sugarcoat everything and take a cozy approach. If the title says Bauantrag, then the submission doesn't happen in 2 months, right?

What do you think the draft of the submission planning is for? Maybe for the measurements and the cardinal direction? The position on the property? The contour lines on the property? Want to know anything else?

What might have motivated you to place the house including the entrance on one side, 90 degrees to the street?

From where is the access road????

No, you don't have to. But if the self-purpose of a forum consists of talking down to people without addressing the content of the OP, we fundamentally have different views on the manner in which we present and contribute ourselves here. There used to be something like netiquette. But in times of exaggerated self-presentation, something like that is probably out of place.
