Hello everyone!
We have a two-story house with a gable roof with a 25-degree pitch under construction:
Plans: Architect (Ingelheim)
Would you leave the gable completely open? That would result in a room height of 4.18 m in the middle of the house up to the bottom edge of the ridge beam.
Or would you install a ceiling? If yes, at what height?
Do you perhaps have a similar attic yourself and can share your experiences?

Is the price cheaper because of the open gable? After all, a ceiling is missing.
I always found in the model homes that making use of the high rooms with, for example, a loft bed or a reading nook, was always interesting.
