The OP hasn’t mentioned anything here that would allow a reasonable assessment and you’re making something up for him.
My first statement was that he should be careful and that conclusions can be drawn. Nothing more and nothing less. And the statement is true. Anyone who thinks that corruption only begins with black briefcases is greatly mistaken. And now my question: Who is more susceptible to the issue:
1. The civil servant who only spends the money he has, or
2. The civil servant who wants everything and that immediately. And who also easily takes on debt to finance the good life?
And I’m not making anything up at all. He writes about his lifestyle himself and even wants to refinance that onto the property... Aha...
