FTTH/Network/DECT/IPTV is it correct?

Hello,

we will have fiber optic installed in our new home. The following is to be implemented:

- Access point per floor centrally on the ceiling
- DECT base station on the ground floor

I have sketched the wiring. Are my considerations correct or is there still an error in it?

Additional question:
We will get IPTV. Our provider offers a rental receiver for €4.90. Is it mandatory to take this one or will any other IPTV receiver do? LAN will of course be laid to the respective TVs (not included in the diagram).

From the patch panel onwards, the planned WLAN and DECT infrastructure in our house looks identical. I can't see anything that would speak against this installation.

The network sockets for the different rooms are still missing in the sketch. Will there be cameras?

Which IPTV provider is it? We have been with Telekom for years. I could share corresponding experiences with you.

Local provider: Stiegeler Pro because PoE capable

Network sockets for the children's room, office, etc. will be added later. Cameras are not planned.
