It is a slab in WU concrete. According to the plan, the top edge of the slab will later be 7cm above the planned ground level (the frost apron is therefore only 93cm). Additionally, there are 18cm to the top edge of the finished floor. Furthermore, we are topographically almost at the highest point in the area, with only 1-2m to the highest point within 500m distance. I think/hope the 7cm top edge of the slab above ground is sufficient. If water were to enter the house, the whole village or even the entire district would be underwater :) The side affected by hillside water also has a terrace where additional frost protection is installed across the entire width (10x3m). That should additionally "cushion" it. The 80cm frost apron is by law, it is generally included at Heinz von Heiden. And it suits us that there is only one step into the house.
