Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone is familiar with the prices of the company Obuk. Our construction company mainly installs these doors and has provided us with a catalog. Prices are available on request. For example, I would like to know what the experiences are with the Vitano handle (including spy camera in the handle) and what it costs. Likewise, the door leaf that covers the wings on both sides. Not to the exact cent, just what one should roughly expect. Thanks in advance...

A handle with gimmick technology will certainly be sourced from a supplier like other providers. Front doors usually have two manufacturers (profile and filling), with both manufacturers often selling the assembled overall product as if they were the manufacturer of the whole. I would only do double-sided overlay on aluminum, as in my opinion it doesn't fit the price range for PVC.

Hi,
It is an aluminum door and it is now only about the filling. We are not quite sure whether we should install a peephole or the handle with spy camera. It would have been interesting to know what it costs (both sides wing-covered + handle with spy camera)
Unfortunately, the company Obuk does not have a price list on their website.

Personally, we are bothered by the idea of choosing something for several thousand euros from the catalog and only seeing it live during installation. Additionally, the selection of interior and exterior doors from our builder's supplier was very limited and very standard. We were near Szczecin on Saturday and looked at our doors live at the specialist market (we are both native Poles). Since the specialist market a) delivers and installs in Germany b) also has branches in Germany and thus issues us an invoice with 19% VAT in euros, we will source all our doors from them. Doors that the dealer here says cost an additional €1000 each are available there at regular prices. An example. I definitely do not want to speak badly of all door manufacturers, but we were not satisfied with ours.

We did not have a spy camera, without this gimmick you would have paid five grand with us for the standard-sized door without side panel (210 x 110). That would be fatal in the industry. With what exactly not – I think you are building for the first time currently? What kind of door is that in your picture: it looks like a back entrance door, but then I am surprised by the "missing" lock (is there an automatic lock inside, which turns the handle when locking?)?

It has a magnetic lock. Handle down, magnet "opens." It's an interior door.
