Your civil engineering or landscape gardener will tell you the costs

They are all crystal balls

So, 26 cm difference to the neighbor, correct? All four sides? How large is the property, are near-border slopes an option?

oh damn. It is 61.20 at the neighbor's, the property slopes down. It's really annoying since it's not very big, so you can't make long slopes, therefore rather "hard edges" and that then sounds like walls / L-bricks.

That means from the finished floor level (dito terrace) to the neighbor a height difference of 1.26 m. Oh dear ... At least I cannot give any advice from a distance without knowledge of the location (at least site plan, photos, ...).

Hello Henrik,

first clarify whether such a high filling compared to the neighbors is even possible under building regulations or if the neighbors might also want to fill. It depends on various factors, depending on how the planned height was defined, but your architect can tell you the exact details.

Best regards
