Thank you very much for the quick response. I had also read Mr. K.'s documents and commissioned him to prepare our expert report.

When he told me about the outdated DIN of the "colleague" from Hildesheim, I was initially stunned. Also, the fact that the gentleman from Hildesheim had used a non-approved measuring device and that the documentation was inadequate made us doubt his qualification.

We sent our expert report to the general contractor and he forwarded it to his expert – but he remained uncooperative... What do you do with such a negative example of an expert?

I can only praise Mr. K. – he helped us promptly despite the long distance and was appalled at how negligently our general contractor is dealing with the issue.

With Mr. K, whom I know personally, you are in the best hands.

Dipol, we also feel very well taken care of and advised by Mr. K. It is good that there are specialists like you ...

But also shocking what attitudes GCs have - during a meeting the site manager slipped out the following comment "with 2 out of 10 floor slabs it is noticeable"

As well as praise goes down, now I have to put on the brakes and set the record straight. I am, like H. K., a member of the dying guild of radio and television technicians. Unlike him, however, I am not an expert witness authorized by the court and a latecomer in the field of foundation earthing and EMC lightning protection. If the last examination seminar at BBZ/Roofing School in Mayen had not been canceled due to lack of participants, I could have at least been entered in the list of VDE certified lightning protection specialists after passing the exam. But even without the exam certificate from BBZ, one can be a thorn in the side of norm-violating botching "experts" as a lightning protection knowledgeable RFT system planner.

And even if it works like this at first - it can become very dangerous in a few years.

The equipotential bonding of the structure is very important; it must be done well and professionally.

I also kept a close eye on it and had an electrical master craftsman who knew what he was doing.

Best regards
Thorsten

@Mods

I know the colleague "K." well enough and have cited him by name so often that I know he has no objections to it. Then I will provide the link to the specialist articles of H. "K."

This statement proves that the faulty execution was not due to ignorance but intentional.

It is said that one is in God's hands in court and on the high seas. If the statement can be proven in court through witnesses, that represents a feast for a specialist lawyer.
